In May 2026, global optical giant Corning signed a multi-year strategic agreement with NVIDIA. NVIDIA plans to invest up to $3.2 billion to support Corning in building three new super factories in the United States, increasing optical connectivity capacity by 10 times and fiber optic production by more than 50%.
